Last Friday, there was a court conference to set a trial date for the lawsuits. During the conference, the judge dismissed Zombie Walk : San Diego from the lawsuits, with prejudice, which means we did nothing untoward and the legal system recognizes this.

From the bottom of my undead heart, thank you for sticking it out, zombies. You’ve been unfalteringly awesome throughout the last 3+ years and I couldn’t have pulled through without you. Additionally, thank you to my attorney for stepping up to take on this case, so that I can finally move on with my life and our community can get back to doing what we do best: being America’s Finest Zombies!
